Do you need an Austin Money Coach or an Austin Financial Advisor?
There are major differences, both in cost and the requirement to do what is “best” for you.
Financial Advisors can cost $1,000 and charge commission. Most are only required to provide advice that is “appropriate” for you, versus what is “best” for you. Remember, they earn their pay selling you investments.
The Money Coach (aka Financial Coach) at Capital Budget Strategies, LLC cares only about your best interest. We do not sell investments, charge commissions or talk to you like a Harvard MBA grad.
Best of all, our Financial Coach charges a flat fee of only $99. The cost includes one follow-up visit at the 1, 3 or 6 month mark to review progress and answer any questions. Of course, you can always contact us with questions. Payment can be made through check, PayPal or Venmo.
Here is how we work: Using Zoom Video Conferencing, we meet with you for about 4 hours and work through our 2021 Financial Workbook to determine your income, spending and saving habits, future goals, set up an Emergency Fund and review your retirement savings. We even set up a Snowball Debt Repayment Plan if needed. Then, using this information, we build a Personal Monthly Budget that will not force you to drastically change your life, but will help you meet your goals.
After the session, you will receive a fillable pdf Monthly Budget to monitor keep you on track.
Do not worry, we work with you step-by-step in the process and explain everything in plain language. Our goal is to determine your current, true financial situation, then suggest ways to improve. We are truly unbiased and provide only honest advice. We urge our clients not to look back at past financial decisions, only forward!
No matter how bad you think your finances are, the Austin Financial Coach at Capital Budget Strategies, LLC can help.
Please note, our services are not appropriate for those in serious debt or facing bankruptcy or tax issues.
