Capital Budget Strategies, LLC, Austin’s best financial coach, states that its owners, members and employees will not disclose confidential information belonging to or obtained through their affiliation with our clients to any person, including their relatives, friends, and business and professional associates, unless the client has specifically authorized the disclosure of their confidential information.
Confidential material includes financial records, credit card numbers and records, bank account numbers and statements, brokerage account numbers and statements, tax records, credit reports, loan information, child support payments, alimony payments, social security payments or records, disability payments, retirement or pension funds or any other records or documents provided by the client, where a reasonable expectation of confidentiality would be expected.
This policy is not intended to prevent disclosure where disclosure is required by law. Owners, members, and employees of Capital Budget Strategies, LLC are cautioned to demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and care to avoid unauthorized or inadvertent disclosures of confidential information and should, for example, refrain from leaving confidential information contained in documents or on computer screens in plain sight.
Upon separation of employment, the ex-employee shall return all documents, papers, and other materials, that may contain confidential information.
Failure to adhere to this policy will result in discipline, up to and including separation of employment from Capital Budget Strategies, LLC and/or any civil action allowed under State law.
